Shipping Policy

  • Saigone ships from Australia.

    We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

    As many of our pieces are released in limited quantities, we encourage careful review of sizing and product details before placing your order.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

    During collection launches or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

    You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

    Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Metro areas: 2–6 business days

    • Regional areas: 3–8 business days

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or seasonal demand.

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

    Free shipping thresholds (if applicable) will be displayed clearly at checkout.

  • We may offer international shipping to selected regions.

    International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

    Customers are responsible for:

    • Import duties

    • Taxes

    • Customs fees

    Saigone is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

    Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

    Saigone is not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

    • Failed deliveries due to customer error

    If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Photographs of the item and packaging

    If a parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

  • Some items may be available on a pre-order basis.

    For pre-orders:

    • Estimated shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page

    • Production timelines may vary

    • Delays may occur due to manufacturing or logistics

    We will notify customers if significant delays arise.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

    If you believe your parcel has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately.

  • Where necessary, orders may be shipped in separate parcels.

    There is no additional charge for split shipments unless otherwise stated.
