Returns & Refund Policy

  • At Saigone, we curate limited collections and small-batch releases from independent designers across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

    We encourage careful consideration before purchase.

    This policy outlines your rights under Australian Consumer Law and our approach to change-of-mind returns.

  • Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

    • Is faulty

    • Is significantly different from its description

    • Is not of acceptable quality

    • Does not perform as reasonably expected

    These rights cannot be excluded.

    If your item meets the above conditions, please contact us and we will resolve the matter promptly.

  • We accept change-of-mind returns subject to the following conditions:

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

    • Original tags and packaging must remain intact

    • Proof of purchase must be provided

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

    Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue:

    • A refund to the original payment method

    or

    • A store credit (if selected)

    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Certain items may be marked as:

    • Final Sale

    • Limited Release

    • Clearance

    These items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

    This will be clearly stated on the product page prior to purchase.

  • Due to limited stock availability, exchanges cannot be guaranteed.

    If you require a different size:

    We recommend placing a new order and returning the original item, subject to this policy.

    • Item(s) to be returned

    • Reason for return

    We will provide return instructions.

    Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Saigone is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

    Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

    Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective:

    Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photographs

    We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

    We will arrange return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
